Bomberger’s Store – Flooring & Cabinets Sales Associate (Part-Time | Lititz)

We are seeking a Flooring & Cabinets Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants to build knowledge in home improvement products in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers in the showroom and assess project needs
- Recommend flooring, cabinet, and countertop solutions
- Prepare quotes, enter orders, and process deposits (RFMS; training provided)
- Interpret basic measurements or plans to assist with estimates
- Answer phone calls and follow up on quotes and completed projects
- Maintain showroom displays, organization, and assigned product areas
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable learning new systems
- Interest in home improvement products (training provided)
- Availability for evenings and Saturdays
No Experience Required! On the job training provided!
Schedule & Location:
- Part-time opportunity available (part-time typically 12–20 hours/week, with potential for more)
- Initial training for all Team Members take place in Lititz, training hours will vary
- Part time employees work primarily in one location, athough availability to cover shifts at other locations as needed would be favorable).
