Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism
- Accurately take orders and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining area, and beverage station
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, positive experience
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed
Physical Demands
- Able to stand for long periods in a busy environment
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Bending, reaching, and moving quickly in tight spaces
