- Greet guests warmly upon entry and exit
- Manage transactions with a cash register
- Balance the cash register
- Accurately price and sell goods
- Process payments (cash and credit) and provide change and receipts
- Bag and wrap purchased items securely
- Upsell products when appropriate
Requirements:
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to resolve complaints effectively
