The General Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on customer service and employee satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety and CFA standards.
* Manages inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost
* Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
* Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
* Willing to be hands on in the Front and Back of House
* Organize and oversee staffing
* Coach team members
* Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
* Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
* Posses excellent organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
