Kitchen at Skyline Chili
United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Cooks to join their Team at Skyline located inside of the CVG Airport
Responsibilities
- Preparing, assembling and cooking items according to proper procedures
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Washing dishes as needed
- Changing rotating fryer oil and discarding old oil.
- Prep, Date, and rotate product
- Stocking items and monitoring product rotation
- Basic kitchen clean-up (floors, countertops, walls and behind equipment)
- Follow uniform/appearance guidelines
Job Requirements
- Stands for long periods
- Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
- Is legally able to work in the U.S.
- Is able to pass a federal background check
- Executes tasks independently
- Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
- Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
- Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
- Works in or around large crowds
