Cashier at Skyline Chili

United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Cashiers to join their Team at Skyline Chili located inside of the Cincinnati Airport!
Responsibilities
- Taking guests orders and completing transactions
- Acting as a sales person ( suggestive selling) increasing guest check average.
- Collecting payments (cash, card, etc.), and issuing receipts and talking about guest survey
- Providing guests service, which includes greeting the guest and answering questions about menu.
- Bella should we make our first into to the core values here?
- Displaying UCG's values
- Maintaining a clean front counter/checkout area
- Making beverages and desserts
- Stocking drink stations, making and restocking bulk beverages, and cleaning FOH dishware
- Follow uniform/appearance guidelines
- Calling out orders and handing guests their food
- Following all bagging guidelines
Job Requirements
- Stands for long periods
- Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
- Is legally able to work in the U.S.
- Is able to pass a federal background check
- Executes tasks independently
- Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
- Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
- Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
- Works in or around large crowds
