Server at Cantina
Location Description: This casual restaurant boasts bright colorful Mexican flavors and authentic traditional cooking methods. Paired with a vast selection of tequilas, fresh cocktails, and ice-cold beers The Cantina experience will leave you craving for more until your next visit. Upscale Mexican style street food served in the restaurant. Cantina is a scratch kitchen. All items are made in house. Cantina is looking for friendly, outgoing team members with great customer service skills who are committed to quality, authenticity, and integrity in creating dining experiences.
United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Servers to join their Team at Cantina located inside of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport!
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Basic beer/wine/liquor knowledge and ability to answer guest questions about the menu.
- Suggestive selling and driving check averages.
- Handle payments accurately.
- Maintain section cleanliness and complete side work.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Stands for long periods
- Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
- Is legally able to work in the U.S.
- Is able to pass a federal background check
- Executes tasks independently
- Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
- Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
- Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
- Works in or around large crowds
