United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Hosts to join their Team at Bar Symon located inside of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport
Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for hospitality? We’re looking for a dynamic Host/Hostess to join our team at Bar Symon, where exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere are our top priorities.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage seating/waitlist rotation.
- Communicate accurate wait times.
- Maintain host stand cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with to go orders when needed.
- Assist servers when needed.
- Turn around tables and assist with expo.
- Provide excellent guest service.
Job Requirements
- Stands for long periods
- Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
- Is legally able to work in the U.S.
- Is able to pass a federal background check
- Executes tasks independently
- Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
- Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
- Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
- Works in or around large crowds
