We are seeking a manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and Team Member happiness. Requirements
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Well versed in food safety and restaurant guidelines
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Teamwork oriented
- Ability to foster a positive work environment
- Previous restaurant/food service management experience required
- Must be able to work during all home games for the Cincinnati Reds.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and standards
- Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
- Willing to be hands-on in the Front and Back of House
- Coach Team Members
- Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
- Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
