As the Event Captain Manager at The Aviator Events Center and Pub, you will play a crucial role in delivering welcoming service and ensuring outstanding experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing the event team, providing direction, and delegating tasks in a timely manner. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent communication skills will be essential in coordinating events, handling food, keeping glasses filled, and maintaining a polished atmosphere. Additionally, you will be involved in the set-up and breakdown of events, including arranging table placements and managing the dance floor.

Requirements:

• Must work Sunday events
• Must have excellent customer service, patience, and politeness.
• Able to communicate in a professional and adequate manner.
• Able to speak and understand English.
• Team player- Being a team player is necessary.
• Basic knowledge of food presentation, preparation, and handling
• Able to carry heavy trays (20-25lbs. at least)
• Able to work in a fast and professional manner.
• Prior experience as a restaurant server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, host, runner or another front of the house highly desirable.
