Host
We are looking for a warm, organized, and service-focused individual to join our team as a Host! As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their dining experience by providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth seating and reservation flow.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Manage the reservation system, including floor plans, seating rotations, and waitlists
- Provide accurate wait-time estimates and communicate updates clearly to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and lobby area
- Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently
- Communicate guest preferences, allergies, or special occasions to the service team
- Support front-of-house team with light bussing, table resets, and cleaning as needed
- Complete all shift checklists and maintain readiness throughout service
