Line Cook

Requirements:
- Follow all recipes, prep, and cooking techniques presented by Management
- Work closely alongside fellow Team Members in a professional manner
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area following food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient operations during peak hours
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Positive attitude and punctuality are a must
