Requirements:

• Follow all recipes, prep and cooking techniques presented to you by the Supervisor, Management or Corporate team
• Work closely alongside fellow employees and act in a professional manner
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm composure 
• Follow all policies and procedures as listed in the Aviator Employee Manual
• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
•  Must maintain personal hygiene in accordance to the Cuyahoga County Board of Health standards for Food Service Employees
•  Has the ability to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time
•  Can come to work on time and with a positive attitude every shift
•  Follow all recipes, prep and cooking techniques presented to you by the Supervisor, Management or Corporate team
