What You’ll Do
This hybrid role combines instruction, student engagement, and marketing support.
Instruction & Student Experience
- Deliver instruction using the Mathnasium Method (in-center and online)
- Build strong math foundations and problem-solving skills
- Manage student flow and create a positive, focused environment
- Use digital tools (tablet/stylus) for instruction
Marketing & Community Engagement (We Train You!)
- Support local outreach efforts (schools, events, partnerships)
- Assist with in-center promotions and student engagement initiatives
- Participate in events like Math Nights, game nights, and community tables
- Help create a fun, energetic environment that families want to be part of
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with a supportive, high-energy team
- Contribute to center operations and student success

Qualifications
- Strong math skills (up to Algebra)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Availability at least 3 days per week
- Coachable, reliable, and eager to grow
- Comfortable working with students and families
- Willingness to learn marketing and outreach (no experience required)
Interview Process
- Phone interview (15–30 minutes)
- Math assessment (up to Algebra)
- Trial instruction session
- In-person interview
