Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for happy, cookie-loving Delivery Drivers to join their team! Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Delivery Driver Job Description:

We are looking for reliable people, with safe driving records to be Delivery Drivers. The person who is a delivery driver is on point with customer satisfaction and transporting cookies in a safe, timely manner. The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off cookies while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. The ideal person will be willing to work as part of the delivery team, as well as with the in store crew.

To succeed as a Delivery Driver, you will be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing Crumbl customers with an excellent experience. You will be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying customers.

Delivery Driver Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Load, transport, and deliver cookies to customers in a timely manner

• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied

• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers

• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules

• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record

REQUIREMENTS

• Great communication

• Valid driver's license  

• Clean driving record

• Experience may be required or preferred

• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws

• Strong time management and customer service skills

• Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods

• Attention to detail

• When not delivering, will help in store with whatever is needed (ie. folding boxes, cleaning dishes, taking out trash, balling dough)

After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
