Working alongside the Operator and Executive Leadership Team, you'll help build a culture of excellence while leading one of the most important areas of our business.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of Drive Thru operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, hospitality, and operational excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Front of House leaders, supervisors, trainers, and future leaders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.
- Lead daily Drive Thru huddles and communicate goals, expectations, and performance metrics.
- Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities to improve guest experience and Drive Thru performance.
- Partner with the leadership team to improve labor efficiency, productivity, and staffing strategies.
- Ensure all Front of House team members consistently follow Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and team member evaluations.
- Promote a positive and motivating team culture through recognition, contests, and leadership development.
- Oversee Drive Thru equipment, inventory, organization, and overall operational readiness.
- Protect the Chick-fil-A brand by ensuring food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are consistently met.
- Respond quickly and effectively to operational challenges while maintaining a positive guest and team member experience.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership on operational improvements, equipment needs, and long-term strategies.
- Perform other leadership responsibilities as assigned by the Operator.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in daily operations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
