We're looking for a highly organized, people-focused professional who thrives behind the scenes while building strong relationships throughout the restaurant. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, proactive, and passionate about supporting both people and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for all new team members, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience
- Coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and other benefit programs
- Process payroll accurately, including deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related transactions
- Manage all team member uniform orders and inventory
- Complete team member check-ins and performance evaluations as directed by the Executive Director
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records, including evaluations, food handler certifications, onboarding documents, and termination paperwork
- Process invoices and prepare end-of-month reporting packages
- Assist with team scheduling and staffing needs as needed
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
- Support restaurant leadership with HR initiatives and administrative projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operator
Qualifications
- Previous Human Resources, Payroll, Office Management, or Administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Positive attitude with a servant leadership mindset
