Position purpose: To provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks: (material responsibilities and essentials duties)
• Demonstrate friendly and helpful service to all guests consistently
• Greet and acknowledge every guest
• Demonstrate solid product knowledge, including locations of products
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of the company and other business location product options
• Maintain an awareness of all merchandise promotions and advertisements
• Suggest additional items to the guests
• Handle difficult/challenging situations with a high level of professionalism
• Complete housekeeping tasks, as needed

Qualifications: (minimum educational and experience qualifications, required proficiencies with specialized knowledge, required certifications, etc.)
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions, able to independently evaluate current conditions against standard and perform tasks necessary to bring areas to standard.

• Some exposure to cleaning products, (window cleaners, other chemicals as required)
