We are seeking hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Kitchen Team for morning and mid-day shifts. As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in preparing high-quality breakfast and lunch items while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Quality
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food with accuracy and speed following Chick-fil-A’s recipes and procedures
- Uphold strict food safety and cleanliness standards
- Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment
Operational Excellence
- Meet service time goals while maintaining food quality
- Follow portioning and food-handling procedures to reduce waste and control costs
- Assist with restocking and prep for the day
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness through the shift.
Teamwork & Development
- Communicate effectively with teammates and leaders
- Contribute to a supportive, high-performance team environment
- Participate in ongoing culinary and leadership training
Required Qualifications
- Morning availability is REQUIRED – shifts can start as early as 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
