Pay Type: starting at $25/hr
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Saturday/Sunday (occasionally)
Availability:
- Must have flexible availability Monday–Saturday, 6:00am–6:00pm

Qualifications
- Prior Chick-fil-A experience required
- Prior Human Resources experience required
- Administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer and iPad proficiency
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and team needs
- Able to meet physical demands (stand up to 9 hours, lift up to 50 lbs)

Responsibilities
Human Resources & Team Culture
- In charge of full cycle recruiting (sourcing, interview, and onboarding)
- Lead orientation for new hires with energy and excellence
- Order uniforms for new hires and team members, leaders and directors
- Screening & interviewing leadership candidates
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes for leadership candidates (Zoom + in-person)
- Coordinate with Director of Training and Operations Director to schedule new team members
- Partner with recruiting firms and represent the brand at job fairs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee documentation
- Create and implement morale-boosting programs and professional development opportunities
- Provide a safe and supportive space for team members to grow, share feedback, and thrive
- Identify and nurture leadership potential within the team
- Facilitate off-boarding processes and team transitions
Administrative Leadership & Business Support
- Serve as a key assistant to the Owner/Operator
- Manage business and admin operations: schedules, calendars, email correspondence, phone support, and supply ordering
- Attend leadership meetings and take notes
- Support payroll, invoice processing, and vehicle maintenance coordination
- Organize and maintain accurate records for team members and business needs
- Connect with guest for guest recovery
Operations Support (as needed)
- Step into restaurant operations during high-volume times or special events to stay connected and engaged with the team.
