Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch - Front of House Team Member

Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch is seeking a customer-focused and energetic Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a FOH Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience. This role requires a cheerful attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We are committed to developing our team members, and our Pathway to Leadership program provides opportunities for advancement into roles such as Team Lead, Team Leader, and Director as you gain experience and demonstrate leadership skills.

Position Type:

Part-Time & Full-Time positions available
Flexible scheduling, including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends

Starting Pay:

$13/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional guest service with a warm and welcoming attitude
Engage with guests by smiling, maintaining eye contact, and speaking enthusiastically
Honor and uphold the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch
Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
Work as part of a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining, service, and drive-thru areas
Follow all Chick-fil-A safety, sanitation, and uniform policy policies
Assist with various restaurant tasks as needed
