ESTIMATOR/FIELD SUPERVISOR- Immediate Estimator/ Field Supervisor Needed

Work Hours: Full Time
Compensation: $50.000 - $60.000 per year Depending on Experience

Position Overview
This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with the industry and company standards for all restoration jobs, customer satisfaction and quality control. This position is also responsible for drafting estimates in accordance with profitability goals, setting job scopes and assisting the production department with project management.
Job Responsibilities
- Profit & Estimating: Prepare initial and final estimates consistently ensuring our profitability goals.
- Leadership: Supervise and manage field employees, ensuring daily walk-outs, on-time departures, and absolute compliance with OSHA and safety rules.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct frequent site inspections, monitor jobs daily, set clear job expectations with field staff and customers, and ensure all documentations and compliance tasks are completed.
- Risk & Resolution: Conduct initial and final walk-troughs with property owners, resolve estimate rejections, communicate with adjusters and address customer service issues.
- Sales & Service: Prepare, submit, and close bids for prospective customers and actively sell services.
Qualifications:
- Complete knowledge of Xactimate and insurance programs guidelines/platforms.
- Working knowledge of MICA/MITIGATE/DOCUSKETCH platforms.
- Computer Proficiency
- Punctuality and consistent work attendance
- Organized, energetic and with sense of urgency
- Superb phone skills. Sales/Call Center/Customer service experience
- Positive attitude, desire to learn and grow as well as improving daily
- Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
- Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to manage highly confidential information
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree or applicable experience preferred, work experience will be considered
- IICRC Certifications: WTR, ASD, OCT, STC
- Restoration experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft© Office application (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
