If you prefer to work on cars, you will get plenty of vehicle experience as a tech. If you prefer to work with people, we have customer service advisor positions and management positions to work up to. Typically management is a blend of tech and service advisor skill sets, as they need to be able to train the positions below them. We work hard as a team to get cars in and out quickly. Everyone gets commission on the work they perform in addition to a base hourly pay so that as the business grows it is a win for everyone. We have a competitive atmosphere that prior athletes thrive in and also the feeling of a family business that cares about its people.
