- Staff Management:
- Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of all restaurant staff.
Operational Oversight:
Ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of service, and upholding company policies and procedures.
Financial Management:
Managing costs, inventory, and profitability, while striving to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Customer Experience:
Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests, handling complaints,
and ensuring food quality and service standards are met.
Team Leadership:
Motivating and guiding team members, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork.
Training and Development:
Ensuring all team members complete required training in Zaxby's University.
