Service: Greeting
customers, offering advice on products, and matching custom colors.

Matching & Mixing: Operating
computerized color-matching equipment and mixing paint tint.

Inventory
Control: Stocking shelves,
organizing inventory, and merchandising paint supplies (brushes, rollers).

Maintenance: Keeping the mixing station, color bar,
and paint department clean and safe.

Safety
Adherence: Properly
handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials.
Key Requirements &
Skills:

Knowledge: Strong understanding of paint types,
primers, and application techniques.

Physical
Stamina: Ability to stand
for long periods, reach, and frequently lift up to 50-65 pounds.

Detail-Oriented: Precision in mixing colors to avoid
inaccuracies.
·
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to assist
customers effectively.
·
Experience: Previous retail or paint-related
experience is preferred but not always required.
Working Conditions:

HOURS: 8:00 AM UNTIL 5:00 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
