Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Previous management/supervisory experience.
- Assists with the scheduling and supervision of Team Members as well as with the day-to-day flow of the department.
- Work with the Store General Manager to ensure the standards of the store are being met.
- Train, cross-train and certify all kitchen job stations. Be prepared to perform any kitchen function, as required.
- Recruiting and hiring for current and future staffing needs.
- Control food costs through our inventory process, recognize issues, and train staff to correct.
- Food Handler card is mandatory.
- Streamline and make solid decisions for each shift.
- Attend manager's meetings and help institute the game plan for success.
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is a must.
- Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
