Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Previous management/supervisory experience.
• Assists with the scheduling and supervision of Team Members as well as with the day-to-day flow of the department.
• Work with the Store General Manager to ensure the standards of the store are being met.
• Train, cross-train and certify all kitchen job stations. Be prepared to perform any kitchen function, as required.
• Recruiting and hiring for current and future staffing needs.
• Control food costs through our inventory process, recognize issues, and train staff to correct.
•  Food Handler card is mandatory.
•  Streamline and make solid decisions for each shift. 
• Attend manager's meetings and help institute the game plan for success.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is a must.
• Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
