Responsibilities:
- Lead the team through busy meal periods while maintaining Culver's standards for quality, speed, and hospitality
- Train and support team members during each shift, recognize great work, and and help others grow and succeed
- Set the tone with a positive attitude and lead by example
- Help manage food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
Qualifications:
- Dependable, accountable, and ready to lead
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A genuine smiling personality!
- 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
