Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

The Front of House Team Member seeks to provide guests with a remarkable dining experience each and every day by working as a team to give each guest the quickest, highest quality personalized experience possible

• Go above and beyond in service our guests, looking for ways to bring joy to their day

• Operate cash registers at the front counter and drive thru

• Take or bag orders with speed and accuracy

• Can multitask while working at a quick, efficient and thorough pace

• Complete table touch-ins in the dining room and refresh beverages for guests at their tables

• Look for opportunities to stock and clean to maintain a productive workstation

• Keep restaurant clean, safe, and organized at all times, including floors



Back of House Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities:

The Back of House Team Member seeks to provide guests with a remarkable dining experience each and every day by working as a team to give each guest the quickest, highest quality food possible

• Prepares, cooks and presents food safely, delivering food to our guests within 90 seconds

• Works quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards

• Can multitask while working at a quick, efficient and thorough pace

• Adheres properly to safety standards with kitchen equipment, ingredients and personnel

• Looks for opportunities to stock and clean to maintain a productive workstation

• Keeps the kitchen clean, safe, and organized at all times, including floors

• Maintains and develops personal expertise with in-house training and annual recertification

• Rigorously follows company policies and procedures to produce incredible food, every time



Qualifications:

• Able to work hard with a fast pace while maintaining standards in excellence and safety

• Holds a strong work ethic, and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Team-minded - values and works to create a positive team atmosphere

• Demonstrates excellent communication with guests and team members

• Must have a source of reliable transportation

• Must work well under pressure

• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently

• Must be available at minimum of two Saturdays monthly

• Must be able to close 2-3 shifts weekly

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date

• Must have a source of reliable transportation

• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low

• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment

• Mobility required during shifts

• Must work well under pressure

• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently

• Must have Saturday availability

• Must demonstrate ability to work successfully with a team


Pay Rate:

$14-17/hour for Full Time Positions: $12-13.25/hour for part time based on availability and experience
