Sales & Brand Growth Director

The Sales & Brand Growth Director is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing and community strategy that drives outside sales, elevates our brand presence, and deepens local community impact.

This individual will lead efforts around catering execution and growth, app adoption, and promotional events while aligning with Chick-fil-A’s national brand standards.


The ideal candidate is strategic, results-driven, and passionate about connecting with people inside and outside the restaurant.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand and represent Chick-fil-A’s brand, values, culture, and national marketing direction
  • Develop a yearly, dynamic marketing plan with the Operator
  • Lead app adoption strategy, promotions, and guest communication
  • Manage and grow presence through social media and digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and publish relevant social media content daily
  • Build targeted growth strategies for traditional and digital sales channels
  • Drive outside sales opportunities and deliver catering orders
  • Follow-up and engage with outside sales guests to keep guests coming back
  • Plan and execute monthly in-restaurant events/promotions focused on guest engagement and brand storytelling
  • Lead and manage Spirit Nights, Cow appearances, and ADPs (with local schools, nonprofits, businesses, festivals, etc.)
  • Build donation and outreach strategies, including initiatives and strategic giveaways
  • Work on-site unless executing outside sales or outreach
  • Join the restaurant team for operations daily for lunch or dinner unless otherwise planned
  • Support restaurant operations as needed
  • Respond to all marketing emails and messages in a timely, professional manner
  • Submit weekly timesheet to Office Admin by Saturday evening
  • Maintain work week between 30-42 hours and track hours with detailed notes
  • Attend all scheduled meetings with Operator and restaurant leadership
  • Communicate any upcoming promotions or events to the entire team
  • Attend all market and Director meetings
  • Provide updates during team huddles
  • Manage a monthly budget
  • Ability to use personal car if company car is unavailable
  • Submit all expenses and mileage documentation promptly
  • Join corporate marketing calls as scheduled

  • Increased community partnerships through outreach and check-ins (schools, churches, camps, etc.)
  • Increased social media reach and brand consistency
  • Strong, trust-based relationships with leaders and team members
  • Dedicating 15-20 hours/week to support in-restaurant operations
  • Being prepared for all meetings with performance updates, problems, and proposed solutions
  • Staying informed on department metrics and use them to guide strategy
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and promptly with the Operator and leadership team
