Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely to Chick-fil-A’s high standards
- Operate and manage all kitchen stations including fries, breading, and food prep
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen environment at all times
- Stock kitchen inventory and report maintenance issues promptly
- Complete opening and closing tasks efficiently
- Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training regularly
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code and safety rules
Qualifications & Skills
- Cheerful, positive attitude with a passion for serving others
- Reliable and consistent with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 25-75 lbs and stand for long periods
