Key Responsibilities:
- Performing repair and maintenance tasks on-site (HVAC, electrical, cooking equipment, building maintenance)
- Responding to maintenance requests promptly
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Training and supporting a team of capable maintenance assistants
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or certifications in a related field
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
