- Proven Leadership Experience History in Another Restaurant and/or Other Industry Role
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Create a positive work environment for everyone
- Coach, Teach, and Train Team Members on policies and procedures
- Maintain personal knowledge of Chick-fil-A standards from training, stay up-to-date on in-house communications, initiate communications with team personnel to ensure compliance.
- Work in both Front of House and Kitchen Roles to serve guests with excellence
- Create Emotional Connections with guests
- Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Open and/or Close the Restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
- Identify and mobilize solutions for process execution gaps and/or areas that need attention
- Use technology to place orders, give feedback, troubleshoot problems, and support restaurant operations
