Bartender | Houlihan’s – Champaign, IL
This role is about more than making drinks. It’s about running a high-functioning bar while creating an experience guests want to stay in.
We’re looking for bartenders who can manage volume, maintain consistency, and engage with guests while keeping service moving.
What You’ll Do
• Provide a welcoming, professional bar experience for all guests
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Manage bar guests and service tickets simultaneously
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar environment
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
• Support the team to ensure smooth overall service
What You Bring
• Must be 21 years of age
• Prior bartending or strong barback experience
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts
