Job Summary:
The Marketing Associate will assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote the hotel, conference center, and restaurant. This role requires a creative thinker who can manage digital campaigns, support sales initiatives, and contribute to content creation, promotions, and community engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Social Media:
o Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
o Assist with photography and videography for events, dining experiences, and hotel amenities
o Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to increase reach and engagement
• Digital Marketing:
o Help manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, design, and performance tracking
o Update and maintain the website and online listings (Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.)
o Support SEO and PPC campaigns as needed
• Promotional Campaigns & Events:
o Assist in the development and execution of seasonal promotions and special events
o Coordinate marketing materials for weddings, conferences, and group bookings
o Partner with local businesses and influencers for cross-promotional opportunities
• Sales Support:
o Create flyers, menus, and presentations for sales teams
o Maintain marketing collateral inventory and event signage
o Support CRM management and lead generation activities
• Analytics & Reporting:
o Track marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports
o Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or event industries
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
• Able to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or social media coverage
