Here's what we're looking for:
- Two year minimum in retail Assistant Management experience (preferably salon experience)
- Sales experience.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with the flexibility to work day, evening and weekend hours
- A good communicator
- A professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about the beauty Industry
- Enthusiasm to motivate the team to achieve goals.
