We’re looking for a Qualified Retail Sales Manager with a successful track record of Sales Leadership — a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Must have 2 to 4 years in Sales Leadership, motivating a team to reach sales goals through operational excellence

You’ll run the daily operations while bringing your creative high energy, motivational and problem solving skills and leading a talented team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists while driving sales growth, performance, and guest satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
• Lead a passionate team to meet and exceed sales and performance KPIs.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing team members.
• Coach and mentor through daily huddles, goal-setting, and action plans.
• Build a culture where people feel valued, confident, and motivated.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and overall center operations.
• Handle guest escalations professionally and proactively.
• Use analytics to drive performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure visual standards and cleanliness reflect our premium brand.
What You Bring
• 3+ years of successful retail or service management experience leading teams of 5+.
• Proven track record in sales growth and team development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite and POS systems.
• High energy, professionalism, and a “lead by example” mentality.
