Position Summary:
- Deliver high-quality waxing services with a positive attitude
- Educate guests on the benefits of waxing and proper skincare
- Promote and demonstrate the exclusive product portfolio, Strut 365
- Build professional relationships with guests and maintain a clean wax suite
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Educate guests on waxing processes and products
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in the workplace
- Meet and exceed center goals
- Adhere to schedules and company policies
- Participate in marketing events and training sessions
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must hold a valid MD STATE ESTHETICS or Cosmetology License
- Willingness to learn new waxing techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in operating a POS system
