As a Community Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families through quality and personalized care. Section 1: Overview

• Coverage area: Castle Rock To Denver; Littleton to Aurora
• Assist the CEO with "pavement pounding" marketing by visiting Physicians' Offices, preschools, and private elementary schools
• Build relationships and educate them about Step Therapy Pediatrics
• 80% of your time will be spent out in the community, creating authentic relationships
• Specialties of interest are Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physical Therapy for children ages 0-21

Section 2: Requirements

• Healthcare marketing experience preferred but not required
• Experience with an EMR system and Google Workspace
• Professional LinkedIn profile and appearance
• A+ customer service-oriented attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent in developing and maintaining effective relationships
• Tech savviness
• Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive and creative mind
