Growing pediatric outpatient clinic seeks fabulous and fun Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to join our growing team. 

• Full time employees work a four day work week: either Monday through Thursday OR Tuesday Through Friday.

• Part time hours are Monday through Friday flexible hours up to 20 hours per week, per the employee's availability

STEP Therapy Pediatrics provides Pediatric Occupational, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy services for children with a variety of developmental challenges. Qualifications:

• A graduate of accredited college/university in scope of practice.
• SLPs: Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA)
• All therapists must be licensed in the state of Colorado.
• Proficiency in conducting evaluations in a pediatric clinic-based setting.
• Effective written and oral communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with EMR
• One (1)+ year experience assessing and treating the pediatric and/or school-age language population (clinical experience preferred but not required)
• Colorado Medicaid Credentialed
• CAQH Credentialed
• Knowledge of Insurance billing and coding
• Understanding and use of various AAC devices

Job Duties:

• Provide pediatric SLP therapy services for children with a variety of disabilities in our outpatient clinic.
• Assess patients for respective scope, ability to complete therapy recommendations, active participant in each child's HEP program, provide excellent parent coaching and follow up with HEP programming.
• Ability to complete proficient medical documentation: SOAP, Progress Reports and Initial Evaluations.
• Full time Employees must be able to hold at least two evaluations per week.
