Popeyes is seeking a talented Director of Operations to lead a team of up to 5 Regional Managers and report directly to the Vice President of Operations. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the overall financial and operational health of our business. You will also play a crucial role in coordinating communication with the High Noon Corporate Office and Brand support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing training and development for Regional Managers, creating a pipeline of talent to support future growth
• Validate interviewing, hiring, and onboarding practices
• Develop bench strength and succession plans
• Ensure preparedness and meet deadlines for new restaurant openings
• Execute administrative plans and systems
• Contribute to quarterly business planning
• Accountability for all controllable costs within budget
• Drive year-over-year transactions, sales, and profit growth
• Implement effective cash management systems
• Ensure accountability for all operational metrics
