Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure business goals are being met
- Lead daily operations to ensure all standards are being met
- Complete business projects and strategic initiatives
- Ensure hospitality standards are met
- Train new hires and execute recurring training
- Support the business Mission and Core behaviors
- Lead key areas of the operation to support the leader-in-charge
- Lead shifts while performing open/close the restaurant, and manage administrative duties

- Proven leadership experience: effectively leading others and teams well
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A proven commitment to excellence & loyalty
- Experience and references supporting the ability to lead others well
- Reliable transportation
- Strong time-management and operational skills
- Bilingual preference (not required)
