Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Model Chick-fil-A’s values through dependable work, integrity, and genuine hospitality
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to meet goals
- Support daily operations in both the Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas
- Communicate clearly, courteously, and proactively with guests and teammates
- Uphold all Chick-fil-A standards, including dress code, safety, and cleanliness policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- Reliable and consistent work ethic with a desire for long-term employment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and passion for serving others
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
- Flexible availability (including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays)
- Ability to lift 10–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
