Chick-fil-A Collier Township is a high-performing, high-volume restaurant that has grown rapidly since our grand opening in late 2022. We are seeking an enthusiastic, high-capacity leader who is passionate about Chick-fil-A’s values of excellence, hospitality, stewardship, and generosity.  


This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to partner with the Owner/Operator and help take an already excellent team and operation to the next level while protecting our strong culture and exceptional guest experience. Since our Grand Opening we have seen steady sales growth and more importantly we have achieved great feedback from our guest with satisfaction scores in the Top 20% of the chain—with some in the top 10% thanks to our team members, dedicated leaders, and culture.

This is a Full-time leadership role with **Monday through Saturday open availability required** (remember, always closed on Sundays). Typical schedule is 40-45 hours per week. Competitive compensation with strong earning potential based on experience, including overtime and discretionary performance bonus where applicable.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Owner/Operator to lead daily restaurant operations and strategy
  • Coach and develop Team Members and Leaders to build a high-performing team
  • Maintain and elevate exceptional guest experience and operational standards
  • Foster a growth-minded culture based on Chick-fil-A’s core values
  • Drive speed of service, product quality, and overall restaurant performance
  • Support recruiting, training, and retention efforts
  • Align vision with the Owner/Operator to support ongoing growth

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced restaurant leader (Manager level or higher preferred)
  • Proven track record in developing high-performing teams and future leaders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with maturity and integrity
  • Committed to operational excellence and remarkable hospitality
  • Hands-on leadership style, ready to work alongside team members
  • Excellent communication skills with guests, team members, and leaders
  • Good business sense, high achiever
  • Must be a hands-on leader and be willing and able to work with Team Members to execute daily operations in a very fast paced environment
  • Whether you are a star performer looking for your first leadership opportunity, a high-performing Manager ready for Director-level responsibility, or an experienced Director seeking your next challenge, this could be a great fit. Chick-fil-A leadership experience is highly preferred

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of leadership experience in retail, customer service, or management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Human Resources, or Hospitality
  • Experience in employee and training development roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High standards for operational excellence and customer service
  • Natural coach and mentor with a positive attitude
