At Chick-fil-A Collier Township, the Dining Room Hospitality Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Afternoon/Evening position from 2pm-8pm

Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact

- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized dining room environment
- Clear tables and dispose of trash promptly
- Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch areas throughout the restaurant
- Assist guests with refills, high chairs, trash removal, or other needs during their visit
- Keep beverage stations, condiment areas, and dining room supplies stocked and organized
- Offer assistance to guests and ensure they have a remarkable dining experience
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
