At Chick-fil-A Collier Township, the Dining Room Hospitality Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Position Type:

Afternoon/Evening position from 2pm-8pm

Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile
  • Create and Maintain Eye Contact

  • Make Emotional Connections with Guests
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized dining room environment
  • Clear tables and dispose of trash promptly
  • Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch areas throughout the restaurant
  • Assist guests with refills, high chairs, trash removal, or other needs during their visit
  • Keep beverage stations, condiment areas, and dining room supplies stocked and organized
  • Offer assistance to guests and ensure they have a remarkable dining experience
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
