Delivery Associate – Full-Time & Part-Time

If you enjoy being active, working independently, and interacting with customers, this could be the perfect role for you. Previous hardware or
delivery experience is a plus, but it's not required. We provide extensive training and are committed to helping you develop new skills and grow your
career.
Salary Range
$17-$19 an hour
What You'll Do
- Safely deliver merchandise to customers' homes and businesses.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service with every delivery.
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle, including routine inspections and basic upkeep.
- Answer customer questions and communicate feedback to the store team.
- Assist with store operations, stocking, and customer service when not making deliveries.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Safe driving record and valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 40-pound bags throughout the day and occasionally lift items weighing up to 60 pounds. Many deliveries involve carrying merchandise up or down stairs or into basements and other customer locations.
