Warehouse Supervisor – Full-Time

Our Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring products are received, organized, and available so our customers have everything they need to complete their projects.
If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy staying active in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team. Previous warehouse or hardware experience is a plus, but it's not required. We provide comprehensive training and are committed to helping you develop new skills and build a long-term career. Many of our leaders started in entry-level positions, and we believe in promoting from within whenever possible. Work hours are Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately using handheld and computer inventory systems.
- Organize merchandise in the warehouse and outdoor storage areas.
- Safely operate a forklift (training and certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and lumber yard.
- Assist customers with loading merchandise and services such as propane exchanges and refills.
- Work closely with the sales floor to ensure merchandise is stocked and available.
- Take initiative to solve problems and support the team wherever needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Basic computer and math skills.
