Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The responsibility of our front counter staff is to provide the highest level of hospitality, continually going above and beyond to ensure guests have a remarkable experience.
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
* Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
* Strive to build great relationships with guests
* Provide genuine hospitality and a welcoming environment for guests
* Maintain cleanliness in dining room (tables, chairs, floors, windows, etc.)
* Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, play area, foyer and parking lot
* Keep all condiment stations stocked and clean
* Ensure dining trays are clean and available to Front Counter throughout the shift
* Remove trash from dining room
* Support Front Counter operations when necessary (stocking, running, cleaning, etc.)
* Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
* Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
Dining Room Host/Hostess Responsibilities:

- Focus on cleaning tables, sweeping, wiping windows and doors, changing trash

- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
