Meet or exceed target production throughput times, especially during peak windows.
Proactively assist teammates to eliminate delays or bottlenecks.
Ensure Sanitation and Safety Compliance
Receive zero critical violations in internal or external food safety audits.
Always use correct procedures for equipment, cleaning, and personal hygiene
Support BOH Shift Rhythm and Efficiency
Stay ahead of prep, restocks, and cleaning checklists without being asked.
Communicate needs clearly to Line Leads and adapt quickly to demand shifts.
