We’re looking for creative, detail-oriented team members who enjoy working with seasonal décor and making displays come to life. If you love staying on top of trends and creating visually appealing spaces, this is a great opportunity to put those skills to work. This role focuses heavily on holiday merchandising (including our Winter Wonderland), then transitions into year-round gift and seasonal displays across the store.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and maintain creative, eye-catching displays, especially for holiday and seasonal merchandise
  • Set up and manage themed areas like Winter Wonderland
  • Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and purchases
  • Keep displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing
  • Support merchandising across departments such as gift, pet, camping, fishing, and toys
  • Stay up to date on product trends and seasonal items
  • Communicate with team members using a radio headset throughout your shift

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights

Pay & Benefits

  • $19.00 – $23.00 per hour for full-time associates; starting at $17.00 per hour for high school students
