What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with plants, products, and creating outdoor solutions
- Support add-on sales, special orders, and product recommendations
- Receive and unload weekly nursery deliveries
- Maintain live goods, ensuring plants are healthy and well-presented
- Keep the greenhouse clean, organized, stocked, and properly merchandised
- Stay informed on promotions, products, and seasonal offerings
- Support general store tasks including stocking, cleaning, and loadouts
- Communicate with team members using a radio headset throughout your shift

Physical Requirements
- Lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Requiring standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights as needed
Pay & Benefits
- $17.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
