We are looking for vibrant, helpful and personable full-time or part-time Loadout Associates.
As a Loadout Associate you will be responsible for helping our neighbors load their purchases into their vehicles, this could be anything from a bag of birdseed to their new grill or patio furniture set or a bag of concrete. In addition, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of the front of the store and the pole barn, including restocking, sweeping and ensuring everything has a price tag. All of this while ensuring neighbors have an AMAZING experience when shopping in our store.
When you join our team, you will learn important life skills and gain tons of product knowledge in hardware, paint, plumbing and electrical while helping others. You will also be making a huge impact in our community while helping our neighbors with their projects. All this while working in a fast paced and fun team environment.

Country Ace Hardware is pleased to be an Ace Hardware Pinnacle store for the last 10 years, which puts us in the top 10% of all Ace Hardware stores. We are an integral part of the Grand County Community and support numerous nonprofits including the Grand County Libraries, Grand County Pet Pals, Middle Park Highschool and any non-profit who wants to come and grill hot dogs in the summer. The pay range is $19-$21/hour, $17/hr for high school students.
