We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in organization and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and staying active throughout their shift. Experience is a plus, but we provide training from day one.


What You’ll Do

  • Restock shelves and merchandise displays throughout the store
  • Unload and sort incoming deliveries and pallets
  • Organize back stock and maintain accurate inventory placement
  • Rotate merchandise using first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices
  • Keep aisles, stock areas, and receiving spaces clean, safe, and organized
  • Remove packaging and debris from the sales floor and backroom areas
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns
  • Assist with inventory counts, store setup, and promotional displays
  • Communicate with team members using a radio headset as needed
  • Work efficiently and independently while maintaining attention to detail

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and move merchandise up to 40 lbs. regularly (heavier with assistance)
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and using stock equipment
  • Ability to work overnight hours and in varying temperatures, including occasional outdoor conditions

Pay & Benefits

  • $17.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
